I work with individuals, couples, and families affected by chronic illness, anxiety, and/or trauma. I work from a trauma-informed, whole-body perspective drawing upon approaches such as mindfulness, EMDR, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. If you are reading this, you may feel alone, scared, and overwhelmed by all of the uncertainty and change you are experiencing and seeing around you. You are dealing with personal stressors on top of a worldwide pandemic and current events. Managing the discomfort that comes with these changes is hard, but necessary to move through this and you want to find better ways of doing this.
